The community offers a large heated pool and saunas. The clubhouse has a pool table, library, reading room, kitchen, common area with bar. The governing body is a property owner association (POA).
Activities:
Sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, pickleball, shuffleboard and tennis. Events are organized by volunteers and open residences and their guests.

Tarpon Bay Yacht Club A Sandpiper Bay Community
Sandpiper Bay Community aka the historically Sandpiper Bay Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization and open to all residents of Sandpiper in Port St Lucie, Florida. The Sandpiper Bay Community is NOT related to your local Sandpiper HOA within the area. The membership fee is $35 annually as of July 2020. The association has buying agreements for its members with local businesses like Sam’s Club, BJ’s to provide savings via coupons and discounts.
